Summary: No hot drinks on room service No decaf coffee in room Don’t replenish free minibar with biscuits as in first day No help on beach with umbrellas unless u sneak beach man money Need to teach bar staff how to make a proper cocktail Not enough towels in bathroom. Hand towel can’t dry hair Dated needs reburbishing Don’t like English guests much. Majority German. Not seated in restaurant as of most five stars Terrible quality of wines Cleaners not very thorough and forget to Leave any towels

Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Especially escaping from a mega city, the complex offers lots of green and lots of space. Several fun activities to do including a small mini golf setup, tennis courts, a soccer field, pools, and the beach. The service was incredible. However, we came with a one year old and they weren’t very accommodating for that. There are special dinner options and they wouldn’t let us bring our child, but also wouldn’t room service it to us even though one of the nice dinners is included in the price we pay for our stay. The food at the main restaurant was just okay. Nothing special really, but they do try to keep it fun with different theme nights (Mexican and seafood while we were there). Rooms and facility are great. Not very child-friendly though. Overall, 8/10 but would probably be 9/10 without kids—only thing keeping it from a 10/10 is the lackluster food.

Summary: Good property with motivated and friendly staff. For us it was a plus (because we like walking every now and then) but for handicapped and elderly accessibility and long walks can be an issue. Also food at seafood alacart restaurant was well below overall quality. But all in all our experience was so positive that I can gladly overlook that one specific downside.

Summary: I have strange impressions on my visit. On one side, everything is OK. However on the other side - I see several minuses that will keep me from going to this hotel once again. Here they go: - ordered partial sea view room. At reception desk they informed me that I am lucky and will get a better sea view (upper category). However, i got a seaside, so what I paid that I get. Why tell a client that you get a better room but not give it. - the a/c in the gym doesn’t work. Equipment is old - Russian sauna doesn’t work, steam sauna doesn’t work either - slow wifi - no dressing rooms at spa - sea entry is full of rocks - beach towels weren’t changed
